How the pay works
Pay is usually a base rate plus commission on what you sell, and the split varies a great deal by agency. Commission only roles exist and are common. Read the split before you accept anything, and be specific about what the percentage is of, because a percentage of gross revenue and a percentage of net revenue are very different numbers.
