This includes whether the User was contacted, interviewed, hired, or if the User withdrew the application or declined an offer. This data is meticulously collected, stored, processed, and analyzed. The primary objective for processing this information is to enhance the understanding of the efficacy of OFMJobs' Sites and their functionalities. The processing of this data is founded on OFMJobs' legitimate interest in efficiently operating, managing, and improving its Sites. OFMJobs collects and processes business information, which encompasses verification documentation regarding the User's business, including employee contact details and the physical location of the business (such as a Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN), Business Registration information, or a utility bill). This may also include employer screening information and details of employer attendance at events or seminars. This data is diligently collected, processed, stored, and analyzed to ensure the legitimacy of Employers on our Site. Such information is utilized for internal purposes exclusively, subject to any request by law enforcement or court order. The primary purposes for processing this information are to prevent fraud and spam, safeguard Job Seekers, enhance OFMJobs' services, and improve the accuracy of market analysis and sales strategies. Job Seeker Personal Data transferred to Employers in this manner is processed in accordance with OFMJobs’ Terms and those of the relevant Employer. This transfer may include sending the user's application and/or additional candidate information, such as contact details, to other platforms that process Job Seeker Personal Data for the Employer, such as the Employer’s preferred Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or scheduling platform.

Employers agree to comply with all their responsibilities under applicable data protection rules with respect to the collection, processing, and storage of Personal Data, as well as providing adequate protection of all data subject rights provided for under all applicable data protection rules.

OFMJobs employer accounts associated with an Employer’s domain may be shared with other members of the organization to facilitate the allocation of new joining members to the corresponding employer account. If a user utilizes OFMJobs with a company email address but does not use the Services in connection with their organization (for example, searching and applying for jobs personally), and does not wish for this information to be shared with their organization, the user should transfer their account to a personal email address.

3.2. Transfers of Information to Job Seekers

OFMJobs may provide certain Employer-related information to Job Seekers. This includes, but is not limited to, the publication of Job Ads, Company Pages, and salary information on the Sites, as well as Job Listings on third-party websites. OFMJobs may also disclose information regarding an Employer’s activity and responsiveness on the Sites. Such information may encompass details such as the Employer representative’s name, the Employer’s city/state location, and whether the Employer has acted or refrained from acting on the Job Seeker’s resume or application—such as opening, viewing, responding to, or making a decision regarding it, among other relevant actions. This process is undertaken to assist Job Seekers in evaluating potential employment opportunities. By utilizing the Sites, Employers consent to OFMJobs sharing this information with Job Seekers.

3.3. Transfers of Information to Service Providers and Other Third Parties

OFMJobs utilizes third parties to deliver services related to its operations, enhance the Sites and its services, products, and features, protect users, and optimize user experiences. By using the Sites, the user acknowledges OFMJobs' use of such third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, the collection, processing, analysis, and recording of user activity on, interactions with, and communications through the Sites. This data includes details such as which areas of the Site the user visits (including URLs), the content viewed, information inputted, and interactions such as clicking, scrolling, hovering, or communicating, as well as the timing and duration of each activity.
