-Grow reach, grow followers, drive traffic to the creators' OnlyFans pages -> MAIN GOAL IS BRINGING SUBS THAT WILL PAY.
-Diagnose and fix reach problems when an account gets restricted, and fix them before I notice

You do NOT chat. You do NOT talk to fans. You do NOT sell. Chatters handle all of that.

Read that again, because it's the unusual part: you earn a sales percentage on revenue you never have to sell. That's never seen in this industry. That's why I need someone with real skills.

Two components:

1. Base - $XXX per account, per month. Guaranteed. Paid whether the month is good or bad. More accounts as you prove yourself = higher base.

2. Commission - X% of all revenue tracked to your accounts. Every account you run has unique tracking links. We can both see exactly what came from your work. There's no "we'll see how it goes" - the number is on a dashboard.

-Near-native written English. You'll write in the voice of American women to an American audience.

-Deep understanding of US internet culture. You know what's funny on X right now. You know the formats.

-Multiple phones/devices to manage accounts properly. You must have at least 2

Your Responsibilities
