How long does a Chatter Screening test take?
Most tests take 8 to 12 minutes, depending on the persona and objective. Each one is scored out of 100 with a written breakdown of what the candidate did well and where they fell short.
How is a mock chat test different from a trial shift?
A trial shift puts an untested chatter on a real account with real fans, and you pay for it. A mock chat test shows the same skills in minutes with AI fans and nothing at risk. Agencies run Chatter Screening first and give trial shifts only to candidates who passed.
What does a candidate face in the test?
Each test pairs a subscriber persona with an objective: the Bargain Hunter (negotiation), the Skeptic (objection handling), the Regular (sexting), the Lonely Heart (building rapport), the Casual (upselling) and the Tire-Kicker (moving on from a time-waster). Can I require the test before someone applies?

OFM Jobs records tab switches, copy and paste, right-click menus and developer tools during the test. On Plus and Enterprise these integrity flags appear next to the result.
