Create & enforce chatter schedules

Onboard and recruit team members

Track performance through weekly assessments

Handle team conflicts with professionalism

Keep commission and payroll records organized

💼 Must have HR/scheduling experience

🌍 Preferably located in the Philippines

⏰ Must work EST PM shift

💵 Pay: $250–$350/week (based on skill)
