How to Write a Chatter Job Post That Gets Applicants (2026 Data)
An effective chatter job post pays at least $500 a month on a base rate, not commission alone, and goes live during the Philippine morning. Posts like that drew about twice the applicants of low-paid or commission-only posts. That is the main finding of the OFM Jobs Hiring Index for October 2026, drawn from more than 2,700 OnlyFans agency jobs and 226,000 applications on OFM Jobs.
- Index: OFM Jobs Hiring Index, October 2026 edition
- Research period: Jobs posted 24 Aug to 18 Oct 2026
- Jobs: 2,700+ from 880+ agencies
- Applications: 226,000+
- Median applicants per chatter job: 69
- Median time to first applicant: about 6 minutes
All per-job figures are medians: half of jobs get more, half get fewer.
Key findings
- Pay is the biggest lever. OnlyFans chatter jobs paying $500 to $799 a month got 2.1 times the applicants of jobs paying under $300 (94 vs 44 in the first week).
- A base rate beats commission. Hourly chatter jobs drew a median of 85 applicants in the first week, monthly-paid jobs 57, and commission-only jobs 39.
- Post in the Philippine morning. Chatter jobs posted between midnight and 6am UTC (8am to 2pm in Manila) got 1.6 times the first-day applicants of jobs posted between 6am and noon UTC (73 vs 46).
- Post midweek. Thursday was the strongest day to post (78 applicants in the first week) and Monday the weakest (60).
- Expect 69 applicants, starting within minutes. The median OnlyFans chatter job received 69 applicants, and the median job got its first applicant about 6 minutes after posting.
- Day one decides the shortlist. A chatter job gets a median of 54 applicants in its first 24 hours, against 68 by the end of its first week.
- Candidates in 189 countries. That includes 43 European countries, and Serbia is the largest European source, with 29% of OFM Jobs' European candidates.
How to write a chatter job post that gets applicants: a checklist
Based on the findings below, these are the choices most associated with more applicants, in order of the difference they make.
- Pay at least $500 a month, and say so. Jobs paying $500 to $799 a month got twice the applicants of jobs under $300.
- Offer a base rate, not commission alone. Commission-only jobs drew the fewest applicants. Hourly pay drew the most.
- Post in the Philippine morning. Jobs posted between midnight and 6am UTC (8am to 2pm in Manila) got 1.6 times the first-day applicants.
- Post midweek. Thursday was the strongest day and Monday the weakest.
- Review on day one. Most applicants arrive in the first 24 hours, so the best candidates are in your pipeline before the job is a day old.
- Add a live chat test to get a shortlist. Requiring Chatter Screening means applicants have already chatted with an AI fan before you read their application. See the Chatter Screening Index for what separates the chatters who pass.
Hiring from one country? Set it as a Hiring Location so candidates there find your post. OFM Jobs has candidates in 189 countries, and Serbia alone is 29% of its European candidates.

Summary
Agencies hiring OnlyFans chatters do not have a supply problem: a chatter job on OFM Jobs typically draws dozens of applicants on its first day. What separates a strong post from a weak one is what it offers and when it goes live.
The posts that drew the most applicants show a clear pay level, a guaranteed base rate, and a launch time that suits the countries most chatters apply from. Adding a live chat test changes the result again, trading volume for a tested shortlist. OFM Jobs has handled more than 3.3 million job applications, and this index reports what its hiring data shows each week.
How applicants are counted
An applicant is a person who submits an application to a job through OFM Jobs. Candidates an agency adds by hand, people invited by the agency, and applicants blocked for spam or abuse are not counted. Jobs from OFM Jobs' own internal accounts are excluded.
What makes a chatter job post effective
Pay, pay type, posting time and test requirements all change how many applicants an OnlyFans chatter job post attracts. Each comparison below uses chatter jobs posted between 24 August and 11 October 2026 and counts applicants in each job's first week.
Pay level
| Monthly pay | Median applicants, first week |
|---|---|
| Commission only | 39 |
| Under $300 | 44 |
| $300 to $499 | 81 |
| $500 to $799 | 94 |
| $800 and over | 61 |
Applicant numbers rise steeply with pay up to $800 a month. Above $800, they fall again (61), so pay is not the only thing that matters.
Pay type
| How the job pays | Median applicants, first week |
|---|---|
| Hourly | 85 |
| Weekly | 59 |
| Monthly | 57 |
| Commission only | 39 |
Hourly pay drew the most applicants and commission-only the fewest. A guaranteed base rate appears to matter to applicants.
When the job goes live
| Posted (UTC) | Time in Manila | Median applicants, first 24 hours |
|---|---|---|
| Midnight to 6am | 8am to 2pm | 73 |
| 6am to noon | 2pm to 8pm | 46 |
| Noon to 6pm | 8pm to 2am | 52 |
| 6pm to midnight | 2am to 8am | 55 |
Jobs posted during the Philippine working morning got 1.6 times the first-day applicants of jobs posted in the Philippine afternoon. By day, Thursday was strongest (78 applicants in the first week) and Monday weakest (60).
Required tests
Requiring a live chat test changes who applies, not just how many. OnlyFans chatter jobs that required Chatter Screening received a median of 14 applicants in their first week, almost all of whom had already completed a live chat with an AI fan. Jobs with no required tests received 122, none of them tested. Agencies choose between reading 122 untested applications and reviewing 14 chatters who have already shown how they sell.
What to expect after you post
The first applicant arrives in about 6 minutes
The median job on OFM Jobs received its first applicant about 6 minutes after it was posted. 92% of jobs had an applicant within an hour, and almost all of the rest within a day. Only 6% of jobs received no applicants at all.
Most applicants arrive on the first day
A chatter job gets a median of 54 applicants in its first 24 hours and 68 by the end of its first week. 79% of jobs reach 10 or more applicants within a day of posting. In practice, the shortlist for a chatter job is set within 24 hours.
Applicants by role
Frontline chat roles (GFE Specialist, Sexter, OnlyFans Chatter, PPV Specialist) all draw 60 or more applicants per job. Senior and specialist roles draw fewer: Marketing Manager 40, Reddit Marketer 32 and OnlyFans Manager 17. Agencies hiring managers should expect a smaller, more experienced pool.
Hiring in Europe
OFM Jobs has candidates in 189 countries, including 43 in Europe. Serbia is the largest European source: 29% of OFM Jobs' European candidates are in Serbia, and 38% are in the Western Balkans (Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo). The United Kingdom (13%) and Romania (8%) come next.
Hiring from one country
Agencies that want chatters from a particular country, such as Serbia, the United States or South Africa, can set it as a Hiring Location on the job. That helps candidates in that country find the job through location search, and it is available on every plan. On Plus and Enterprise, agencies can also block countries: candidates whose profile country is blocked do not see the job in search or listings and cannot apply.
Methodology
The figures come from OFM Jobs platform data for jobs posted between 24 August and 18 October 2026, with applications counted up to 19 October 2026. All results are aggregates; no individual applicant or agency can be identified.
- Applicants per job are medians. Comparisons by role, pay, pay type and posting time use jobs posted between 24 August and 11 October, so every job had at least a full week to collect applicants.
- Time to first applicant is measured from when the job was created. Measured from when it was published, the median is almost identical (5.8 minutes).
- Role comes from the category the agency chose for the job. A job can belong to more than one category.
- Pay uses the low end of the posted range, converted to US dollars a month. Commission-only jobs are reported separately, because their pay is a percentage rather than an amount.
- Posting time is in UTC. Applicant country comes from the applicant's profile. Regional shares are shares of everyone with a country on their OFM Jobs profile, excluding staff and banned accounts, as of 19 October 2026. Europe means the 46 countries of geographic Europe, including the United Kingdom and Russia.
- Groups shown have at least 75 jobs from at least 50 different agencies.
Limitations. These are associations, not proof of cause: higher-paying jobs may also differ in other ways, such as the agency or the role. The data covers agencies that hire through OFM Jobs, which may not represent every agency in the industry.
