OFMJobs is a premier global job matching and hiring platform, designed to facilitate connections between job seekers and employers across various industries and geographical locations. Our platform serves two primary user groups: job seekers and employers, each with distinct functionalities and services.
OFMJobs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service ("Terms") at any time, without liability, as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion. The following outlines the circumstances under which OFMJobs may change the Terms of Service and the procedures for notifying Users:
Changes Reflecting Legal and Regulatory Requirements: OFMJobs may modify the Terms without prior notice to reflect changes in laws and regulatory requirements applicable to OFMJobs and its services, features, and programs. Such changes may be required immediately, preventing OFMJobs from providing reasonable notice.
Addressing Security Threats: OFMJobs may also update the Terms to address unforeseen and imminent dangers related to defending OFMJobs and its Users from fraud, malware, spam, data breaches, or other cybersecurity risks.
General Modifications: For other changes to the Terms of Service, OFMJobs will provide reasonable notice to Members by email or through notifications on the OFMJobs platform. Members will have the opportunity to review these changes and may contact OFMJobs to terminate their agreement before the changes take effect.
Once any updated Terms of Service are in effect, Members will be deemed to have accepted the changes by continuing to access or use the services provided by OFMJobs. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the services and close your account.
To access the full range of services provided by OFMJobs, users are required to complete the registration process. This process involves submitting accurate and comprehensive information, including but not limited to, the user's full name, email address, and contact details.
The use of another individual’s name or any name that infringes upon third-party rights is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account.
Completion of the registration process is a mandatory prerequisite for utilizing the platform's features. Only registered users will have access to the full spectrum of services, which includes job postings, application tracking, and communication functionalities. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided is essential for proper access and efficient use of the platform's services.
Prospective users must complete the registration process to create a user account and fully access and utilize OFMJobs' services. Upon successful registration, users will be categorized as either “Job Seekers” or “Employers,” depending on their intended use of the platform. Job Seekers are individuals seeking to explore job listings, apply for employment opportunities, and manage their job applications through their account. Employers are entities or individuals authorized to post job listings on the OFMJobs platform.
To initiate registration, users are required to provide a valid email address and select a unique username. OFMJobs employs a secure authentication method named OTP (One Time Password). Upon entering their email address, users will receive an OTP, typically a random 6-digit number, which will expire 10 minutes after being sent. Users must enter the OTP into the Site to authenticate successfully. This process eliminates the need for password creation. For each subsequent login, a new OTP will be sent to the user's email, which must be entered to gain access.
Users must also confirm that they are at least 18 years old. If local legislation requires a higher minimum age for entering into contractual agreements, users must meet the applicable age requirement. Additionally, users must confirm their legal ability to use OFMJobs and its services in compliance with the laws of their country or state/province and provide any additional information or verification documentation as requested by OFMJobs.
Upon registration, users will be required to have and provide a Telegram account, as Telegram will be used for communication between Job Seekers and Employers. Users should ensure they have the Telegram application installed and are familiar with its use. Communication through Telegram will complement email correspondence, which will remain the primary means of official communication.
Users may need to verify their email address through a confirmation link sent to their registered email. In certain instances, additional identity verification may be required to comply with legal and regulatory standards. Registered users are responsible for maintaining and updating their account information, including contact details and security settings. They may access their account settings to change their password, update personal information, or deactivate their account.
The primary mode of communication between OFMJobs and its users shall be through email. Users will receive critical notifications concerning system updates, new features, company announcements, and modifications to account status at their registered email addresses.
For interactions between job seekers and employers, communication shall be conducted via Telegram. This engagement is facilitated through designated channels, thereby ensuring prompt and efficient communication regarding job opportunities and candidate evaluations.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including their username and password. They must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to their account. This includes, but is not limited to, using a strong and unique password, avoiding the reuse of passwords from other accounts, and not sharing account credentials with any third party.
Users must immediately notify OFMJobs of any suspected unauthorized access to their account or any security breach. Upon notification, OFMJobs may take appropriate measures to secure the account and mitigate any potential damage. Users are also required to review their account activity regularly and report any suspicious or unauthorized activities to OFMJobs without delay.
To further safeguard their accounts, users should log out of their account at the end of each session and exercise caution when accessing their account from public or shared computers. Users are held accountable for all activities conducted under their account, even if such activities are performed by other individuals in violation of the Terms of Service.
By registering and using OFMJobs, users agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and to promptly update any changes. Upon registration and use of OFMJobs, users must provide accurate, current, and comprehensive information. Any changes to personal or contact details should be updated promptly to ensure the accuracy of account information.
Users consent to receiving electronic communications from OFMJobs, including emails and messages posted to their OFMJobs account, and agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users must maintain the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including their username and password, and must not disclose these details to any third party. In the event of suspected unauthorized access or a security breach, users must immediately notify OFMJobs and take necessary actions to secure their account. Users should log out of their account at the end of each session and exercise caution when accessing their account from public or shared computers to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of their credentials. Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their account, even if such activities are performed by other individuals in violation of the Terms of Service.
OFMJobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of suspected violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or prolonged inactivity. Users may also request account termination by contacting support. OFMJobs is committed to protecting user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users should review our Privacy Policy to understand how their personal information will be collected, used, and protected. For assistance with registration or account management, users may contact OFMJobs support at [email protected]. Our support team is available to address any issues or concerns related to account creation and maintenance.
In addition to the above, users of OFMJobs are entrusted with specific responsibilities to maintain a productive and respectful environment for all participants on the platform.
Interactions with other users on OFMJobs should be conducted with respect and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior towards other users is strictly prohibited. Users must also ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws in their use of OFMJobs.

Users consent to receiving electronic communications from OFMJobs, including emails and messages posted to their OFMJobs account, and agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The use of another individual’s name or any name that infringes upon third-party rights is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
To maintain the integrity and functionality of OFMJobs, the following activities are expressly prohibited:
By accessing and utilizing OFMJobs, the User hereby agrees not to engage in any promotional activities for their website, software, product, business, or personal ventures. This includes, but is not limited to, posting links or messages designed to direct users to such entities on any OFMJobs' websites or related platforms.
OFMJobs expressly reserves the right to terminate the User's account without prior notice should any breach of this agreement occur. Furthermore, in the event of such termination, OFMJobs reserves the right to retain any membership fees paid by the User as a penalty for violating this provision.
By continuing to use OFMJobs, the User acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to comply with all policies and guidelines set forth by OFMJobs.
The limitation of liability covers damages arising from the use or misuse of the site, reliance on information posted on the site, inability to use the site, or from interruptions, suspensions, or terminations of the site. It also extends to damages incurred due to other services or goods received through or advertised on the site, or received through any links available on the site. This limitation further includes costs associated with procuring substitute goods or services, lost profits, lost data, and the performance or non-performance of the site or related information and merchandise.
Such limitations apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy and are in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the maximum aggregate liability of OFMJobs, its affiliates, and its third-party licensors for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to OFMJobs for use of the site.
Users of OFMJobs have the capability to create, upload, and share content on the platform, including but not limited to job postings, resumes, and other related materials (collectively, "User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, users grant Global Tech Service Solutions Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and enhancing the OFMJobs platform. This license encompasses the right to sublicense the content to third parties and to display it across various media, including but not limited to the OFMJobs website and related communications.
Users retain ownership of their User-Generated Content and are solely responsible for ensuring that such content complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise inappropriate. OFMJobs reserves the right to review, remove, or modify any User-Generated Content that violates these terms or is deemed unsuitable at the sole discretion of OFMJobs.
By submitting User-Generated Content, users affirm and warrant that they possess all necessary rights to grant the aforementioned license and that their content does not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. OFMJobs disclaims any liability for claims arising from User-Generated Content and retains the authority to take appropriate action in response to any violations of these terms.
Disclosure of Contact Information
When a Job Seeker applies for a job through the OFMJobs platform, the user consents to the disclosure of their contact information, including but not limited to their email address, Telegram handle, and phone number, to the employer who posted the job. This disclosure is intended to facilitate communication between the user and the employer regarding the job application. While the employer may choose to contact the user, they are provided with the option to do so upon the submission of the user's application. OFMJobs takes reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality of this information but cannot be held liable for the actions of the employer once the information has been disclosed.
OFMJobs retains the right, at its sole discretion, to review or moderate any content submitted by users to ensure compliance with the Terms of Service, including the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable legal standards. While OFMJobs may undertake such reviews or moderation, there is no obligation to do so unless deemed necessary.
Should any content be suspected of failing to comply with the Terms of Service or applicable legal regulations, OFMJobs will suspend access to the content pending an investigation into the alleged non-compliance or unlawful conduct. During this investigation, users will be restricted from accessing or engaging with the content under review.
In the event of an account suspension or termination, OFMJobs will notify users via email or electronic message. However, prior notice of such actions is not required. Users acknowledge and agree that, in cases of suspension or termination due to breaches of the Terms of Service or fraudulent activity, OFMJobs may disclose relevant information about their accounts to verify compliance and address any such issues.
OFMJobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account or agreement immediately and without prior notice under circumstances including, but not limited to, significant or repeated breaches of the Terms of Service, including the Acceptable Use Policy, or actions that may cause substantial financial or reputational harm to OFMJobs or other users.
Users have the right to voluntarily terminate their accounts by following the prescribed process outlined in the Terms of Service. Upon termination, users are responsible for ensuring the proper closure of their accounts, and any outstanding obligations must be settled. User data and content will be handled as specified in the Terms of Service.
Reinstatement of a terminated account may be considered under specific conditions, requiring a formal request to OFMJobs. Any fees or penalties associated with reinstatement will be communicated at the time of request.
Following termination, user data and content may be retained for a period as determined by OFMJobs. Users may have the option to export their data before termination, subject to the Terms of Service. While users retain ownership of their content, access may be restricted or terminated.
Outstanding balances or financial obligations must be resolved prior to account termination. OFMJobs will provide details on settling any such balances.
Disputes related to account termination will be handled according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in the Terms of Service.
OFMJobs may disclose information related to the user’s activities to law enforcement agencies in connection with investigations of suspected illegal activity, to protect legal rights, or in response to valid legal processes such as subpoenas, search warrants, or court orders. OFMJobs shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of such information. Users agree to such disclosures as necessary for OFMJobs to verify compliance with the Terms of Service and address any breaches or fraudulent activities. OFMJobs shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of such information.
The Terms of Service, including this termination policy, shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes arising from termination shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
By using OFMJobs, users acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this termination policy, including the procedures for suspension, termination, and related policies.
Job Seekers on OFMJobs have the opportunity to make their profiles publicly accessible to a wider audience. This public display option may be activated, for instance, when a Job Seeker uploads a Profile Picture ("PFP") and elects to enable this feature. A Profile Picture ("PFP") refers to a digital photograph or image that a Job Seeker selects to visually represent themselves on their profile. The PFP is intended to provide a personal and recognizable element to the profile, allowing others to identify and connect with the Job Seeker more easily.
By opting into the public display feature, the Job Seeker expressly acknowledges and agrees that their profile, including their Profile Picture, job experience, and any other information provided, may be accessible by the general public. This accessibility extends to any individual or entity that visits the OFMJobs website. Furthermore, the Job Seeker's publicly visible profile information may be indexed by search engines, such as Google, making it discoverable through internet searches. This means that the Job Seeker's profile, and the information contained within it, could appear in search engine results outside the OFMJobs platform.
Job Seeker understands and agrees that once a profile is publicly visible, OFMJobs cannot control how the Job Seeker’s information is accessed, shared, or used by third parties. While OFMJobs provides the tools for the Job Seeker to manage their profile's visibility, the platform is not responsible for any third-party use, reproduction, or misuse of the Job Seeker’s publicly available information. The Job Seeker agrees to assume all risks associated with making their profile public and to hold OFMJobs harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the public display of their profile.
The Job Seeker agrees to assume all risks associated with making their profile public and to hold OFMJobs harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the public display of their profile. The Job Seeker retains the right to manage their profile settings, including disabling public display at any time, should they wish to restrict access to their information.
By opting into public display, the Job Seeker consents to their profile, including their PFP, job experiences, and other information, being made publicly accessible, with full knowledge that it may be seen, shared, and indexed by entities outside of the OFMJobs platform. The Job Seeker retains the right to manage their profile settings, including disabling public display at any time, should they wish to restrict access to their information.
The Job Seeker retains the ability to manage their profile’s visibility settings and may choose to disable public access at any time, thereby restricting access to their information. However, the Job Seeker understands that once information has been made public, its removal from third-party sites or search engine indexes may not be immediate or guaranteed, and OFMJobs bears no responsibility for the persistence of publicly accessible information outside its platform.
In recognition of the evolving needs of our users, OFMJobs may employ artificial intelligence technology to generate a concise and relevant summary of a Job Seeker’s professional experiences and qualifications, which will be displayed on their public profile card. This artificial intelligence generated summary is designed to provide a quick and informative overview of the Job Seeker's background to potential employers and other users of the platform.
Given that OFMJobs does not currently include a dedicated "Profile Summary" section where users can manually input their summaries, this artificial intelligence driven process serves as an automated alternative. The summary will be derived from the information that the Job Seeker has provided in their profile, such as job experiences, skills, and other pertinent details.
As an alternative to artificial intelligence generation, Job Seekers may be offered the option, during the onboarding process, to manually create and submit a personalized summary of their qualifications and experience. This personalized summary will then be displayed on their public profile in place of the artificial intelligence-generated summary.
By utilizing the OFMJobs platform and opting to display a public profile, the Job Seeker acknowledges and consents to the use of artificial intelligence in generating a profile summary. The Job Seeker also agrees that this summary, whether artificial intelligence generated or manually created, will be publicly accessible on their profile card. The Job Seeker understands and accepts that OFMJobs does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of artificial intelligence generated content and that any errors or omissions in the summary are the responsibility of the artificial intelligence technology utilized by the platform.
The Job Seeker agrees that any summary displayed on their public profile may be viewed by the general public and indexed by search engines, making it discoverable through internet searches. OFMJobs disclaims any liability for the content of the summaries, whether generated by artificial intelligence or manually created by the Job Seeker, and for any consequences that may arise from the public display of this information. The Job Seeker retains the ability to edit or remove their summary at any time through the profile management settings.
By utilizing the OFMJobs platform and choosing to make their profile publicly visible, the Job Seeker expressly consents to the disclosure and dissemination of their profile information. This includes, but is not limited to the Job Seeker's job experiences, profile picture, artificial intelligence generated or manually created summary content, and any additional data provided by the Job Seeker.
The Job Seeker understands and agrees that by opting to make their profile public, this information will be accessible to any individual or entity that visits the OFMJobs website. The Job Seeker further acknowledges that once their information is publicly displayed, it may be viewed, shared, reproduced, and potentially indexed by third-party search engines, websites, and other external platforms. This indexing could result in the Job Seeker’s profile appearing in search engine results, making it discoverable beyond the confines of the OFMJobs platform.
The Job Seeker also acknowledges that OFMJobs has no control over how third parties may use, share, or disseminate publicly available information. Consequently, OFMJobs disclaims any and all liability for the public display, sharing, or third-party use of the Job Seeker’s information. By opting for public visibility, the Job Seeker agrees to assume all risks associated with making their profile information public and accepts full responsibility for any consequences arising from such disclosure.
The Job Seeker agrees to indemnify and hold OFMJobs harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions that may arise directly or indirectly from the public display or third-party use of their information. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims related to unauthorized use, misuse, or misrepresentation of the Job Seeker’s publicly accessible data.
Job seekers can create, upload, and manage their resumes through their profiles. This feature enables job seekers to present their qualifications and experiences to potential employers effectively.
Job seekers have access to an extensive and dynamic database of job listings. Our advanced search functionality allows users to filter opportunities based on various criteria such as location, industry, and job type.
OFMJobs is committed to ensuring that job seekers are matched with reputable employers. We implement verification processes to assess the legitimacy of employers and their job postings. However, OFMJobs disclaims any responsibility for the services or conduct of employers and advises job seekers to exercise due diligence.
OFMJobs provides job advertisements and other related content, including links to third-party websites ("Job Listings" or "Job Ads"). Job seekers can search for Job Ads on the site for free. Job Ads are displayed based on various factors, including employer compensation to OFMJobs and relevance to the user's search terms and activities on the site. While OFMJobs may receive compensation from employers posting Job Ads, all Job Ads are considered advertisements.
Job Ads are created and provided by third parties over whom OFMJobs has no control. Users acknowledge and understand that OFMJobs is not responsible for the content of Job Ads, links to or from Job Ads, or any conditions imposed by third parties once a job seeker has applied or left the site. Some third parties may attempt to charge job seekers a fee to apply for a job, although OFMJobs endeavors to avoid displaying such Job Ads. By leaving the OFMJobs site and entering a third-party website, users accept any terms and conditions imposed by that third party.
OFMJobs does not screen Job Ads and may exclude or remove any Job Ads from the site without obligation to provide reasoning. Users understand and agree that OFMJobs has no obligation to present all Job Ads. OFMJobs cannot confirm the accuracy or completeness of any Job Ad or other information submitted by employers or users, and disclaims all liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any Job Ads or other information.
OFMJobs may provide tools to assist users, such as search options to narrow down Job Ads by categories (e.g., full-time, part-time). These categories are independently created by OFMJobs and may not accurately reflect the content of the Job Ads. Job Ads may be reformatted for better readability on mobile devices. OFMJobs may promote Job Ads by selecting employers for certain pages or websites dedicated to specific topics, such as inclusive hiring or military-friendly job posts. However, placement on these pages is not a representation of the nature of the role or employer attributes. Applying to jobs through these pages does not guarantee a better job application experience, a job interview, or a job offer.
When a Job Seeker initiates a job application on a website operated by an Employer or its applicant tracking system, OFMJobs may collect certain information about the Job Seeker and any actions taken by the Job Seeker during the visit using automated means, such as via Application Programming Interfaces (API), cookies, pixels, and web beacons. The information collected includes, for example, information about job listings the Job Seeker viewed and job applications the Job Seeker started and completed.
The Job Seeker acknowledges and agrees that OFMJobs has no control over such an Employer or its website. The Job Seeker agrees to OFMJobs' use of, and receipt of information from, any such tracker functionality.
By creating a searchable resume through the Site (“OFMJobs Resume”) or uploading a file resume on the Site (“Job Seeker Resume”), in the case of such a possibility, the Job Seeker is requesting and authorizing OFMJobs to make their resume available to anyone accessing the OFMJobs Site. This includes employers that OFMJobs believes may have an interest in the Job Seeker’s resume, users of OFMJobs’ Resume Search Program or Smart Sourcing, or anyone with access to the URL associated with the Job Seeker’s searchable resume. We offer the Job Seeker the option to make their resume searchable on the Site to help find a job. The Job Seeker is responsible for keeping their resume accurate and up-to-date.
When the Job Seeker provides their Resume on the Site, the Job Seeker agrees that the Resume will be searchable on the Site by default. Applying to jobs or otherwise sharing the Job Seeker's Resume with Employers may result in the Resume being copied and published. Resumes can be copied by search engines and other third parties accessing the Site, who can then make those Resumes publicly available elsewhere. OFMJobs does not control such third parties. If the Job Seeker does not want their Resume to ever be publicly visible or copyable, the Job Seeker must keep it set to private at their own discretion and responsibility. OFMJobs assumes no responsibility and disclaims all liability for the Resume, the Job Seeker’s information, or application information that the Job Seeker shares with Employers or otherwise makes public.
Any resume or application information that a Job Seeker submits through the Site, including Personal Data included in a resume, application, or responses to screener questions and assessments, is subject to this Agreement and to OFMJobs’ Privacy Policy. To maintain the quality of the Site and Services, OFMJobs, in its sole discretion, may impose limits on a Job Seeker's ability to apply to Job Listings or to other OFMJobs services.
Use of any automation, scripting, or bots to automate the OFMJobs Apply process outside of OFMJobs’ official vendors and tooling is prohibited.
The Job Seeker is solely responsible for the contents of the application that they submit, including all attached files. Once the Job Seeker provides information to an Employer (whether in the form of a job application, resume, email, interview material, or otherwise), OFMJobs does not have control over the Employer’s use or disclosure of that information. If the Job Seeker wants to request the Employer delete, modify, or maintain confidence over any such information, they must make such a request directly to the Employer. OFMJobs is not responsible for the Employer application process.
By applying for a job through the Site, the Job Seeker agrees to the Employer’s use of such service providers and acknowledges that such use may involve an intermediary’s access to job applications sent to its Employer client. We cannot guarantee that such messages and applications will be delivered, received, accessed, read, or acted upon. OFMJobs also does not guarantee that any Employer will receive, be notified about, access, read, or respond to any such resume or other application material, or that there will be no mistakes in the transmission or storage of the data. OFMJobs does not guarantee that its integrations or the interface will be error-free. However, OFMJobs may alert the Job Seeker when any of the above events occur.
Job Ads may expire or otherwise be removed between the time the Job Seeker submits their application and the time it is received, in which case the application will be void. OFMJobs has no responsibility for expired or removed Job Ads or for delivering applications prior to a Job Ad’s expiration or removal. OFMJobs and its third-party providers may store the Job Seeker's application and related information regardless of whether a Job Listing has been closed or is no longer available on the Site. We also cannot vouch for the technical capabilities of any third-party sites, including but not limited to ATSs.
By using the Site, the Job Seeker agrees that OFMJobs is not responsible for the content of the Employer’s job application, requirements, messages, screener questions, skills assessments, or their format or method of delivery, and that OFMJobs does not guarantee receipt of the Job Seeker's application by the Employer, or the Job Seeker's receipt of messages from the Employer. Please note that OFMJobs does not choose the questions asked by Employers or decide the job qualification criteria of Employers. Employers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
Employers may ask applicants to voluntarily self-identify certain demographic information such as race, ethnicity, sex, disability, and/or veteran status along with their job applications. Some Employers are required by law to ask these questions, and the Job Seeker may see these questions when applying to jobs on the Site. OFMJobs is not responsible for these questions. If the Job Seeker has questions or concerns about an Employer’s application materials, they should contact the Employer directly or refer to their privacy policy. OFMJobs does not guarantee the identity of an Employer or any individuals working for any Employers, and cautions Job Seekers when applying to jobs. OFMJobs cannot make any guarantee regarding health and safety measures in an Employer’s hiring or interviewing process. OFMJobs recommends Job Seekers follow personal health and safety best practices as recommended by the World Health Organization or a similar institution. OFMJobs does not guarantee the validity of a job offer and cautions Job Seekers to verify the validity of a job offer before taking adverse action regarding their current employment situations. Job Seekers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any Employer or job offer.
Job matches are recommendations that may be presented to both the Job Seeker and to Employers in various formats on the Site. To generate matches, OFMJobs uses data collected through our Site from both Employers and Job Seekers. This includes Job Ads, Job Seeker's Resume, application materials, OFMJobs Assessments, and activity on the Site. The Job Seeker agrees and consents that OFMJobs may use this information to present potential matches to them and to potential Employers.
Employers can create and publish job listings on the OFMJobs platform. This service allows employers to reach a wide audience of qualified candidates and streamline the hiring process.
Employers have the capability to search and review resumes submitted by job seekers. This feature supports employers in identifying candidates who best meet their job requirements and organizational needs.
When you access or use the Site in your capacity as an employee or other representative of an Employer, or if you create an OFMJobs account on behalf of an Employer, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the Employer to this Agreement. When you create an account on behalf of an Employer, the account belongs to the Employer, and you acknowledge that any and all information that you provide to OFMJobs through the account, such as the actions you take and when you take them, will be visible to the Employer.
As an Employer, your account is intended for business use and not for personal use. OFMJobs is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability arising from, any improper or false use of your email by a third party. By registering for an OFMJobs account, you agree to receive mandatory email updates regarding account activity associated with your OFMJobs account. If you attempt to send an email from a name or email address that is not true, accurate, current, or complete, we reserve the right to block such email. Any attempt to send such an email constitutes a violation of our terms and conditions.
If your OFMJobs employer account has a credit card or other payment method on file, such as bank account information for Automatic payments, OFMJobs may charge that payment method for any products or services you order and for any outstanding payments, including to correct billing errors.
You agree that OFMJobs may send notices to job seekers informing them that an employer account has been compromised, including if such an account is associated with you. OFMJobs cannot and does not guarantee that such notices will always be sent or received, and you therefore agree that OFMJobs bears no responsibility for doing so. OFMJobs makes no warranty regarding, and disclaims any liability for, the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of such notices.
OFMJobs may offer suggestions, recommendations, or information to users that may support or improve their experience on OFMJobs sites. You understand that these offerings are provided as a courtesy and without warranty, and your use of such information is at your sole discretion. As an Employer, you are responsible for your use of the site and any tools offered therein, including your decisions regarding your job description, the requirements for your job, compliance with applicable laws, including relevant federal, state, and local laws related to job postings, and whom you interview or hire. OFMJobs assumes no responsibility and disclaims all liability for any actions you take based on any information provided by OFMJobs. OFMJobs may limit your ability to post a job, or the visibility of your job, if it does not appear to indicate a salary above minimum wage, comply with wage transparency laws, or comply with other applicable laws; however, OFMJobs is not responsible for, and you are solely responsible for, compliance with minimum wage, local language, and other legal requirements.
The Employer agrees that OFMJobs is not responsible for maintaining or storing employment records, job application materials, or data on the Employer’s behalf, and that the Employer is responsible for its own compliance with any applicable record retention requirements or other applicable laws.
Using the OFMJobs Services the Employer may see a verification of a Job Seeker’s skills, or other qualifications. OFMJobs does not guarantee the accuracy of such verifications or information, and the Employer is solely responsible for verifying information on the Site.
The following outlines the terms governing the payment procedures for services provided by OFMJobs. These terms apply to employers utilizing the platform's subscription services.
OFMJobs offers various subscription tiers tailored to the needs of employers:
OFMJobs also offers annual subscription plans at a discounted rate compared to the monthly plan. The annual subscription provides the same benefits as the monthly plan but with a cost-saving discount.
Fees associated with the subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Charges are applied to the payment method provided by the employer at the beginning of each billing cycle. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other electronic payment options as detailed on the OFMJobs platform. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless terminated by the employer before the renewal date.
Employers wishing to terminate their subscription must do so through their account settings. Termination will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. It is expressly noted that OFMJobs does not offer refunds for partial months or unused services. OFMJobs reserves the right to amend subscription pricing and plans at its discretion. Employers will be notified of any changes to pricing or subscription terms prior to the implementation of such changes.
For any billing inquiries or disputes, employers are directed to contact the OFMJobs support team at [email protected]. Unless a separate written agreement exists between the employer and OFMJobs, charges will be based on the employer's usage of OFMJobs services, the Site, or any associated API, as detailed in the OFMJobs App’s or Site’s Terms of Service and payment information provided. It is the employer’s responsibility to regularly review any OFMJobs App, Site, or Documentation to obtain the most current information regarding payment procedures and charges applicable to their use or their Plan's use of OFMJobs products and services.
Invoices may be delivered via electronic mail. Payments must adhere to the terms specified in the Payment section of the Terms for All Users. Employers waive all claims relating to charges unless such claims are made within 30 days following the charge, without affecting the rights of the credit card issuer. Refunds, if any, will be processed in accordance with the Refunds section of the Terms for All Users.
In the event of account termination or cancellation by OFMJobs, whether initiated by OFMJobs or otherwise, no refunds will be issued for any amounts that have already been paid. This policy applies to all fees and charges incurred prior to the termination or cancellation. Should API access or any other service provided by OFMJobs be disabled or terminated, any amounts previously spent on the Site or for the services rendered are considered non-refundable, and the user will not be entitled to a refund for such amounts.
OFMJobs provides a 30-day money-back guarantee exclusively for new subscriptions. If a user is dissatisfied with the service within 30 days from the date of purchase, they may request a full refund by contacting the OFMJobs support team at [email protected]. The refund request must be made within the specified 30-day period to be eligible. For refund requests based on dissatisfaction, OFMJobs will process such requests promptly in accordance with this guarantee.
