💰 Pay Structure:

💵First 2 weeks base pay: $6 per 1000 views from pinned posts (no cap) (higher base pay for experienced VAs).

💸After the first 2 weeks a fixed weekly payment will be added to your performance based salary and you'll be officially considered part of our team with exclusive benefits!

-Bonuses and pay raises for VAs who show real daily commitment and deliver consistent visibility.

-Periodical bonuses to reward consistency and solid work ethic other than results

You are going to take care of account creation, warm up and posting, everything following a detailed SOP!
