Your Mission:

Drive 150+ paid subscriber conversions monthly across 3-5 model Instagram accounts through strategic content planning, trend identification, and conversion optimisation.

Core Responsibilities:

- Strategic Content Planning: Research trends, competitor analysis, content calendar development

- Brief Creation: Detailed video/photo briefs for models and content creators

- Growth Execution: Post scheduling, community management, engagement strategies across IG/Threads

- Performance Analytics: Weekly performance reviews, conversion tracking, ROI optimization

What We're Looking For:

- Documented proof of growing multiple IG accounts to 50K+ followers

- Experience within the OFM space (OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar platforms preferred)

- Understanding of conversion funnels from social media to paid subscriptions

- Data-driven approach to content strategy and performance optimisation

- Ability to work with adult content creators professionally

Compensation:

- Base salary: $800-1200/month

- Performance bonuses: bonus per subscriber above monthly targets

- Growth potential: Manage additional accounts as we scale
