🔑 Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing strategies across Reddit, Instagram, Twitter/X, and TikTok to drive consistent, high-quality fans to creator pages.

The right candidate has already taken models from low traffic to sustainable growth and can back it up with real performance results.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Drive real, high-quality subscribers (no bots, no fake traffic).

Manage & grow presence on Reddit, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok.

Track, analyze, and report daily/weekly performance (traffic, conversions, engagement).

Collaborate with agency team & models to align on goals.

Stay updated on OFM industry best practices and adapt strategies.

Test, optimize, and scale successful campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

✅ Proven OFM marketing experience with Reddit growth as a core skill

✅ Demonstrated success in Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok marketing

✅ Excellent English communication skills (C1–C2 level)

✅ Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results

✅ Familiarity with tracking tools, analytics, and campaign reporting

🕒 Work Schedule & Compensation

Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM EST
