Overview:
The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise to deliver effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content, events, etc.) to support business goals.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Manage content creation and oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth and development.
Qualifications:
Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Masterās a plus).
5+ years of marketing experience, with proven success in campaign management and execution.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
