Your Mission:
Lead and optimise our chat operations to maximize subscriber lifetime value, conversion rates, and team performance across multiple model accounts.
Core Responsibilities:
-Team Management: Direct supervision of 15 chat specialists across multiple shifts
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve conversion rates, response times, and revenue per conversation
- Quality Assurance: Review chat logs, maintain brand voice consistency, ensure subscriber satisfaction
- Training & Development: Onboard new team members, provide ongoing coaching, handle advanced subscriber situations
- Operational Excellence: Optimize chat workflows, manage scheduling, resolve technical issues, implement process improvements
Key Performance Areas:
- Team conversion rate optimization (subscribers and upsells)
- Average revenue per conversation improvement
- Response time and quality consistency
- Team productivity and retention management
- Escalation resolution and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years managing remote chat/customer service teams (adult industry preferred)
- Proven track record improving team conversion metrics
- Strong understanding of subscription psychology and upselling techniques
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working with adult content and mature conversations
- Data-driven approach to team performance optimization
