The Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you’ll be on the front lines of driving growth for our B2B SaaS clients, engaging with prospects, generating qualified leads, and setting up meetings for sales teams.
This is a full-time role (8-hour shifts) where you’ll work across multiple client accounts. Success in this role requires curiosity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn. We provide ongoing training, but we expect full commitment and a proactive attitude.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and engage with potential B2B SaaS clients across European markets.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for client sales teams.
Manage outreach campaigns using HubSpot CRM (required for all clients).
Adapt your messaging to different industries (SaaS, fintech, security, construction tech, etc.).
Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and lead generation.
Provide clear reporting on activity and results.
Collaborate with experienced founders and SDR leaders for ongoing training and coaching.
What We’re Looking For
Must-have traits: Coachability, grit, adaptability, curiosity, and confidence.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales preferred (but not mandatory).
Fluency in English; additional European languages (German) strongly preferred.
Experience with HubSpot CRM is mandatory.
Previous SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience in Europe is a plus.
Ability to fully commit to a full-time (8-hour/day) role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
