We’re seeking organized, results-driven, and experienced OnlyFans Managers to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll oversee account operations, lead chatters, develop strategies, and ensure our creators stay at the top of the platform. No content creation is required—this is a behind-the-scenes leadership and management position.

We are a top-tier OnlyFans management agency with over 4 years of proven success, managing accounts earning from $40K to $400K/month. We’re expanding quickly and looking for talented managers to help us grow even further.

💸 Compensation & Perks

💰 Competitive Pay: $1,200 – $2,500/month depending on experience and performance

🗓️ Bi-Monthly Payments via Wise: Paid on the 7th & 22nd of each month

🧾 About the Role: OnlyFans Manager (Remote)

As a Manager, your job is to:

📊 Oversee day-to-day operations for creator accounts

📈 Drive growth through proven sales and retention strategies

💬 Lead, train, and support a team of Chatters

🗂️ Coordinate schedules, track KPIs, and ensure targets are met

🤝 Communicate with creators, providing updates and recommendations

🔍 Spot opportunities for upselling, promotions, and improved engagement

🔄 Shift Details

📆 5 days/Week (2 Days Off)

⏱️ Flexible scheduling, but must be available to monitor and support across shifts

🚨 Consistent attendance and reliability required

📝 Fluent English (additional languages a plus)

💡 Experience in sales, team leadership, or account management (OnlyFans or similar platforms preferred)

📊 Data-driven mindset with a knack for optimization

💻 Minimum Requirements

Laptop or PC: 8 GB RAM minimum, Windows 10 or macOS High Sierra+

Internet: 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload (Ethernet preferred)

Professional workspace for uninterrupted focus

Availability to coordinate across multiple time zones

Tools: Telegram, Discord, and Google Workspace for internal communication
