**About the Role**

HiCreators is seeking a detail-oriented, trend-savvy Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to enhance and grow our social media presence. In this hands-on role, you will manage daily postings and content selection primarily on Instagram and Twitter, ensuring our accounts remain active, engaging, and aligned with Western audience preferences.

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Instagram Management:** Daily posting of Reels and Stories across 20–30 accounts.

- **Twitter Engagement:** Craft and post daily Tweets across multiple accounts.

- **Facebook Scheduling:** Schedule Reels daily using Meta Business Suite.

- **Story Posting:** Upload Stories across 10 Facebook accounts daily.

- **Caption Creation:** Write engaging, relevant, and trend-conscious captions.

- **Content Curation:** Assess and select high-quality content for publication.

- **Trend Monitoring:** Stay updated on Western culture, memes, and trends to ensure fresh content.

- **Organization:** Maintain consistent posting schedules across all accounts.

**What We’re Looking For**

- Strong knowledge of Instagram and Twitter algorithms.

- Ability to evaluate content quality effectively.

- Proficient in caption writing and adapting tone.

- Familiarity with Western pop culture and online trends.

- Highly organized and reliable, capable of managing 20–30 profiles daily.

- Previous experience in account management or as a VA is a plus.
