📄 Job Specification — Instagram Reels Poster / Virtual Assistant

Instagram Reels Poster / Social Media VA

Reports To:

Operations Manager (daily) / CEO (weekly results)

Role Purpose:

To grow traffic and visibility for models through consistent, optimized Instagram Reels posting. The VA will be responsible for repurposing content into Reels, posting on schedule, and monitoring performance with the goal of driving new subscribers and trial conversions to OnlyFans pages.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Preparation & Editing

Repurpose model content into IG-friendly Reels (15–30 seconds, SFW but teasing).

Add trending sounds, captions, and hashtags.

Ensure content aligns with Instagram community guidelines (avoid bans).

Posting & Scheduling

Post 1–2 Reels per day per model on schedule.

Use scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.) where applicable.

Maintain brand consistency in style and posting times.

Growth & Engagement

Research and use top trending sounds and hashtags in the niche.

Engage with comments/DMs when required (pre-approved scripts).

Coordinate with Ops Manager for cross-promotion and traffic strategy.

Reporting & Metrics

Track and report weekly on:

Views per Reel

Followers gained per account

Click-throughs to OnlyFans

Flag underperforming posts and propose new approaches.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

Posting Consistency: 95%+ scheduled posts completed on time.

Follower Growth: Target % growth per model account (to be set by Ops Manager).

Engagement Rate: Maintain or improve weekly engagement rate (likes, comments, shares).

Traffic Conversions: Increase link clicks/sub trials attributable to Instagram.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels trends (sounds, formats, hashtags).

Experience with basic video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva).

Understanding of safe-for-work content rules (to avoid bans).

Good English communication for captions + light engagement.

Reliable, organized, and consistent with deadlines.

Hours & Pay:

Part-time VA role (10–15 hrs/week).

Paid monthly (rate depending on experience + performance incentives).
