Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Strategist to lead marketing and growth across our client portfolio. You’ll build and run growth systems that drive traffic, grow audiences, and increase free→paid conversions.

Responsibilities

Audit client socials (Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit)

Develop growth strategies and content plans

Oversee organic posting, clipping, and trend adoption

Manage promos, collaborations, and cross-promotion campaigns

Track metrics (conversion rates, ARPU, churn) and optimize funnels

Deliver weekly reports and monthly growth updates
