OFM Telegram Chatter Full Time $5/hr

We are seeking a full-time OnlyFans Manager (Chat & Social Media Specialist) to support five creators by managing social media accounts, engaging fans through chat (primarily on Telegram), and executing daily content publishing. This role is ideal for someone fluent in written English and internet slang, who can comfortably adapt their tone to reflect different creator personalities. The right candidate will understand content marketing, be proactive with posting across multiple platforms, and prioritize sales-driven interactions when the opportunity arises.

Responsibilities of the role:

* Manage Telegram chats and act as the creator during active windows.

* Upsell pre-made and custom content to fans via chat.

* Schedule calls and content drops with creators and fans.

* Post regularly across Reddit, Instagram, and X accounts.

* Write captions and text-based content that match each creator’s tone (e.g., tweets, IG captions, Reddit titles).

* Funnel traffic from social channels to Telegram or OnlyFans.

* Maintain familiarity with each creator’s brand voice and style.

* Adapt between 5 creator personas and posting strategies.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

* Prior experience in adult content chat sales, OFM, or similar digital engagement roles for at least 1-2 years.

* Exceptional written English (C2 level), including the ability to replicate casual tone, slang, and distinct voices.

* Experience with Telegram, Reddit, Instagram, and X (Twitter).

* Ability to write engaging, natural-sounding social media captions.

Preferred Skills:

* Comfort managing multiple platform logins and posting schedules.

* Understanding of Reddit strategy (subreddit navigation, title realism).

* Familiarity with marketing and conversion-driven posting methods.

* Basic experience with Discord is a plus.

Personality:

* Able to segment tone/personalities and shift quickly between creators.

* Calm, confident, and proactive in low-structure environments.

* Creative but sales-minded, with a strong sense of discretion.

English Level:

C2 – Must write in fluent, natural English with appropriate tone-shifting and cultural nuance.

Schedule:

* Full-time (8 hours/day) - 6 days a week

* Starting around 4 PM EST (Flexible)

* Telegram activity varies based on creator availability; other work (posting, captions, etc.) is consistent daily

Compensation:

* Minimum at $4-5/hr to $7hr
