Your Role

Lead and oversee a team of chatters

Ensure quality, consistency, and engagement on accounts

Coordinate schedules and performance

Act as the bridge between management and the team

Earnings

Team Leaders earn 5% revenue share per account they manage. With multiple accounts under your supervision, this adds up to a strong and scalable income.
