📃 Description

We are looking to hire a hard working and driven individual who works diligently with a sharp eye for detail. As a member of the IE team you will play a pivotal role in helping to ensure that the student fulfilment process runs as smoothly as possible whilst ensuring that the students' experience with us is maintained to the highest standard. We are searching for a dynamic and adaptable individual with strong initiative, experience in the online world, and experience in student success and / or some level of coaching within any industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with students.

- Ensure clients understand and experience the ROI/value IE delivers.

- Proactively engage in strategic account planning and customer success issue resolution.

- Regularly update CRM (Coda) with student progress, notes and status'.

- Maintain a keen understanding of the IE product offerings and updates.

- Uphold the values of Imagine Education in all interactions and decision-making processes.

Skills:

- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading students in any industry

- Academic proficiency in terms of writing / spelling / communication

- Knowledge of online social media platforms

- Strong sense of design and visual detail

- Proficiency in using Canva, Photoshop, and other graphic design platforms

- Knowledge of basic online platforms such as Google Suite / Microsoft Office

- Basic knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) such as ChatGPT / Claude
