About the Role

You will be chatting with fans, building emotional connections, and driving sales for OnlyFans creators. This role requires excellent written English, conversational finesse, and a sharp understanding of fan psychology.

You’ll work through Inflow (chat platform), managing multiple accounts (up to 5 if capable), and adapting to different fan personalities. Our agency has specialized in OF chat services since 2021 and we are scaling only with top-tier talent.

Responsibilities

Engage in real-time conversations to build loyal fan relationships

Personalize messages to match each creator’s unique tone/personality

Identify sales opportunities and upsell (premium content, bundles, customs)

Handle sensitive/emotional fan interactions with empathy

Follow structured workflows through Inflow and deliver consistent results

Provide performance updates as required

Qualifications

✅ Minimum 2 years experience in sales, fan engagement, or OF chatting

✅ Strong written English with a natural, conversational style

✅ Proven sales results (must show portfolio or past performance)

✅ Ability to handle high-volume chats/accounts (up to 5 if needed)

✅ Reliable, coachable, and performance-driven
