**Position: Chat Manager for Fanvue Models**

We are looking for a skilled Chat Manager to lead and train our dedicated team of chatters across 20 models on Fanvue. This full-time role includes:

- Monitoring chat interactions and generating daily performance reports for each chatter.

- Providing ongoing training and support to boost sales through engaging customer experiences.

- Collaborating with chatters to develop and implement effective strategies for maximizing conversion rates.

- Maintaining updated daily sales sheets and task progress for yourself and your team.

- Setting daily and weekly goals, with bonuses awarded for meeting targets.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in managing large teams of chatters.

- Availability for full-time coaching and performance enhancement.

- Strong commitment to team success and alignment with our mission.

- Familiarity with Fanvue and Time Doctor is a plus.
