📃 Description

**Responsibilities**

* Manage and oversee a team of chatters across multiple creator accounts.

* Create and assign daily schedules, ensuring consistent coverage and fast response times.

* Provide scripts, sales strategies, and ongoing coaching to chatters to maximise revenue.

* Monitor chats for quality, tone, and upselling effectiveness.

* Plan and manage content distribution (wall posts, mass messages, campaigns).

* Track key performance metrics (sales per chatter, conversion rates, fan engagement).

* Analyse data and optimise campaigns for higher revenue and retention.

* Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for agency leadership.

* Act as the main point of contact between chatters, creators, and the agency.

* Solve problems proactively (low-performing chatters, slipping fans, platform issues).

* Previous experience managing teams.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Proven track record of hitting sales targets or managing KPIs.

* Highly organised with attention to detail.

* Comfortable working with analytics, reporting, and performance metrics.

* Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment.
