๐Ÿ“„ Job Specification: Accounts / Operations Manager

Role Overview

Weโ€™re looking for a highly organized and results-driven Accounts / Operations Manager to oversee model performance, manage internal teams (chatters, VAs, content staff), and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This person will be the bridge between agency leadership and model teams, responsible for hitting revenue targets, implementing systems, and maintaining strong creator relationships.

Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ”น Model & Account Management

Oversee 4โ€“7 creator accounts and act as their primary point of contact.

Build and maintain strong relationships with models โ€” keeping them motivated, aligned, and satisfied.

Review and approve content schedules, PPV calendars, and campaigns for each model.

Monitor fan sentiment & churn โ†’ recommend retention strategies.

๐Ÿ”น Team Management

Supervise chatters, VAs, and content staff assigned to each account.

Assign tasks daily/weekly and ensure SOPs are followed.

Conduct weekly check-ins with chatters to review upsell scripts, closing performance, and conversion rates.

Provide training/feedback loops for improving DM funnels, upsells, and fan engagement.

๐Ÿ”น Revenue & KPI Tracking

Track and analyze daily/weekly performance metrics:

Subscriptions (new, renewals, churn %)

PPV revenue (per fan ARPU, open rates, conversion rates)

Tips and custom sales

Free trial conversions

Set weekly revenue targets per model and ensure chatters hit them.

Report directly to agency leadership with insights and action plans.

๐Ÿ”น Systems & Processes

Implement and refine SOPs for chatters, Reddit posting, Twitter growth, and PPV calendars.

Identify bottlenecks in workflow and propose solutions.

Ensure all content, messages, and campaigns align with platform rules (reduce bans/strikes).

๐Ÿ”น Growth Campaigns

Plan and execute monthly campaigns (e.g., free trial promos, milestone pushes, tip drives).

Work with content manager to design seasonal or event-based campaigns (Valentineโ€™s, Summer, etc.).

Test new monetization angles (VIP tiers, bundle pricing, GFE packages).

Skills & Experience

Prior experience in OnlyFans management, adult industry, social media management, or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of fan psychology & monetization tactics (PPVs, bundles, customs, free trials).

Excellent people management skills โ€” able to coach chatters, motivate models, and enforce accountability.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once.

Strong analytical skills โ€” able to spot trends, solve revenue plateaus, and optimize funnels.

Comfortable with tools like Trello, Notion, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Telegram, CRM dashboards.

KPIs (Success Metrics)

Average revenue per model (baseline growth %).

PPV conversion rates (open rate, buy rate).

Free trial โ†’ paid sub conversion %.

Fan retention rate.

Team productivity (daily tasks completed, chatter sales performance).

Compensation Structure

Base Salary: Competitive (depending on experience & location).

Performance Bonus: % of revenue growth above baseline for assigned models.

Potential Equity/Rev Share: For top performers who help scale agency long-term.

Reporting

Reports directly to: Agency Owner / Director

Direct reports: Chatters, Content Manager (shared), VAs (Reddit/Twitter), possibly whale specialists.
