This is a full-time, chat-based role where you’ll work 12-hour shifts engaging with fans through messaging platforms. Your goal? Deliver exceptional support, spark meaningful conversations, and drive revenue by promoting exclusive content and premium experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

-Chat with fans in a timely, friendly, and brand-aligned tone

-Provide high-quality written support to build fan loyalty

-Identify and act on upselling opportunities for content, subscriptions, and special offers

-Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly goals for chat volume and sales

What We’re Looking For:

Compensation:

-Hourly base pay plus commission based on performance
