We’re looking for driven and dedicated individuals to join our remote team as Chat Support Specialists for OnlyFans. This is a full-time, chat-based role where you’ll work 12-hour shifts engaging with fans through messaging platforms. Your goal? Deliver exceptional support, spark meaningful conversations, and drive revenue by promoting exclusive content and premium experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
-Chat with fans in a timely, friendly, and brand-aligned tone
-Provide high-quality written support to build fan loyalty
-Identify and act on upselling opportunities for content, subscriptions, and special offers
-Stay active and responsive throughout your 12-hour shift
-Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly goals for chat volume and sales
What We’re Looking For:
-Exceptional written English — engaging, natural, and error-free
-A strong sales mindset and understanding of fan engagement
-Ability to stay focused and productive during long shifts
-Experience in chat support or with OnlyFans is a big plus
Compensation:
-Hourly base pay plus commission based on performance
-Average monthly earnings: $2,000, with top earners making $3,000+
