Job Description:
We are a fast-growing digital agency seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our operations, client communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a remote position, ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and fluent in written and spoken English.
š Key Responsibilities:
Respond to emails and client messages promptly and professionally
Perform data entry, online research, and lead generation tasks
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders
Organize and maintain files using Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs
Create reports and summaries based on task completion
Assist in managing social media posts and engagement (if needed)
Handle miscellaneous admin support as requested
ā Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Minimum of 1 year experience in a VA or remote admin role
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, Zoom, and Notion
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines consistently
Professional attitude and ability to work independently
š Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with marketing, eCommerce, or creative agencies
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
Basic knowledge of Canva or social media platforms
