We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and manage a team of high-output chat agents for a rapidly scaling digital media company. This is a remote leadership role where you’ll be responsible for performance, accountability, and continuous growth within a team that operates 24/7 across time zones.

🎯 Key Objectives (What You’ll Be Responsible For)
1. Hit weekly and monthly revenue targets across your team of sales agents
2. Track and report on daily KPIs (chat ratio, shift revenue, response times, message volume)
3. Identify top talent and drive them toward promotion and higher-level roles
4. Manage shift scheduling and ensure 100% coverage at all times
5. Audit chats daily for compliance, performance, and message quality
6. Run short daily syncs or huddles to align team around numbers and mindset
7. Collaborate with the ops leadership team to improve systems and chat funnels
8. Build a team culture of speed, ownership, and performance
9. Help document and refine SOPs as the business scales

💼 Experience & Education

🕒 Schedule & Compensation
- Remote position
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Must have availability for rotating or flexible shifts (24/7 business model)
- Base pay: $1,250/month (negotiable based on experience/performance)
- Additional team-based performance bonuses
