We are looking for an experienced and versatile OnlyFans Manager (Chat & Social Media Specialist) to support multiple high-performing creators. This is not just a chatter role—we need someone who can manage multiple creator accounts, drive sales, and handle social media strategy and posting with confidence.

If you have at least 2 years of experience managing multiple OnlyFans or similar accounts, along with a strong background in sales and social media content management, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Telegram chats, acting as the voice of multiple creators during active hours.

Drive sales through upselling pre-made and custom content, scheduling paid calls, and maximizing fan engagement.

Consistently post across Reddit, Instagram, and X (Twitter) for multiple creators, adapting tone and style accordingly.

Write captivating captions, tweets, Reddit posts, and content titles tailored to each creator’s personality and brand.

Funnel and convert social media traffic to Telegram or OnlyFans to boost earnings.

Oversee multiple creator schedules, content calendars, and posting strategies simultaneously.

Stay current with creator trends, platform updates, and conversion-driven content ideas.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

2+ years managing multiple OnlyFans or adult content accounts (this is mandatory—please do not apply without it).

Proven sales track record in chat-based environments (upsells, custom content, call bookings).

Strong background in social media management—Instagram, Reddit, Twitter/X—with content planning and posting experience.

Exceptional written English (C2 level)—must master tone-switching, internet slang, and casual, persuasive messaging.

Experience using Telegram as a primary communication and sales channel.

Preferred Skills:

Comfortable managing multiple logins, personas, and content schedules without error.

Deep understanding of Reddit growth and marketing strategies (subreddits, post titles, content types).

Familiarity with conversion-focused copywriting and social media funneling techniques.

Basic knowledge of Discord is a plus.

Telegram chat schedules may vary by creator; content posting is daily and consistent.

Compensation:

Starting at $4–$5/hr, with potential to grow to $7/hr based on performance and account volume.

Paid bi-weekly via Wise.
