We’re a high-performance OnlyFans management agency scaling fast and looking for a driven, organized, and persuasive Appointment Setter to join our team.

🎯 Your Mission:

You’ll be responsible for turning warm and cold leads into booked calls with our team. You’ll follow proven outreach scripts and processes across Instagram.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

DMing and messaging creators across platforms daily

Following SOPs and scripts that are already tested and converting

Booking qualified creators into our closers’ calendars

Tracking all outreach + responses in our CRM

Following up with leads to maximize show-up rates

Hitting daily/weekly outreach and booking KPIs

Reporting to team lead on results + blockers

✅ You’re a Fit If You:

Have excellent written English and communication skills

Are fast, focused, and reliable — no flaking

Can follow systems and optimize them over time

Are available 4–6+ hours per day, 5–6 days a week

💰 Compensation:

Base + performance-based commissions
