About the role
We're hiring a full-time remote customer support agent for our creator agency. You'll be the first line of support for fan inquiries, handling DMs and basic troubleshooting across our creators' accounts.
Responsibilities
- Respond to fan DMs promptly and professionally during your shift
- Troubleshoot common account and subscription issues
- Escalate complex cases to the account leads
What we're looking for
- Strong written English and a friendly, patient tone
- Comfortable working remotely on a consistent schedule
- Prior customer support or community management experience is a plus
Success in this role means fans feel heard, issues get resolved quickly, and the creators you support can focus on content.
