About the role
We're hiring a part-time chatting team manager to oversee a team of 15 chatters working EST evenings. You'll keep the team on schedule, review conversation quality, and report on performance to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day scheduling and coverage for a 15-person chatting team during EST evening shifts
- Review chat quality and track individual and team KPIs
- Run quarterly hiring cycles for new chatters, including screening and onboarding
- Report weekly performance summaries to leadership
What we're looking for
- Prior experience managing or leading a remote chatting or customer-service team
- Fluent written English
- Comfortable working EST evening hours
- Bonus paid for completed shift audits
