Senior Growth Manager

About the role We're looking for a part-time TikTok growth manager to own organic growth for our creator accounts. You'll plan and execute content strategies, engage with the community, and track follower growth against clear targets. Responsibilities - Plan, schedule, and post TikTok content across assigned accounts during PST mornings - Engage with comments, trends, and duets to drive follower growth - Track weekly follower gains and report on performance against the 5k baseline What we're looking for - Fluent written and spoken English - Prior experience growing TikTok accounts organically - Reliable on a consistent 25-hour weekly schedule This is a long-term contractor role with a stable monthly base and a bonus tied to follower growth.
