Social Media Growth Manager

About the role We're looking for a full-time Social Media Growth Manager to own organic growth across TikTok, Reddit, and X/Twitter. You'll cross-post native content across all three platforms, tailoring captions and hooks for each audience, and work EST daytime hours. Responsibilities - Plan and schedule daily content across TikTok, Reddit, and X/Twitter - Write per-platform captions, hooks, and post copy that drive engagement - Monitor performance metrics and iterate on what's working to grow follower counts - Engage with comments and communities to boost reach and retention What we're looking for - Proven experience growing accounts to 80k+ followers across short-form video and text platforms - Strong understanding of TikTok trends, Reddit subreddit culture, and X/Twitter virality - Fluent written English with a knack for scroll-stopping hooks - Reliable availability during EST daytime hours
