The role:
Working from prepared message frameworks and guidelines, adapted naturally to each conversation
Following instructions closely while keeping the tone warm, human, and unscripted-sounding
Building real rapport with fans, handling objections, and driving retention and upsells
Staying sharp and consistent in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
1year of proven OnlyFans chatting experience
Fluent/native-level written English — non-negotiable
Trustworthy, coachable, and responsive to direction
Strong GFE and customer service instinct
Reliable internet connection and a dependable device
Compensation & growth:
$2/hour base + 4% commission on sales
Bonus for every shift above $300 in sales
