We’re hiring Chatters to join our growing remote team!
Requirements:
• Must have Native-level English ability with knowledge of North American slang + culture.
• Experience recruiting and training new chatters.
• Weekend availability. The position is 5-6 days per week, 6-8 hours per day. Days off will be scheduled between Monday and Friday.
• Must have strong management abilities as well as strong chatting sales skills. Occasionally covering chatting shifts will also be required (commission is available in these cases).
• Ability to do the job without relying on AI.
• Stable internet (at least 80 Mbps + backup)
• Windows 10 or newer PC
• Headset and webcam
• Strong English skills (C1 level)
