Virtual Assistant - OF Chat Support| $3/hr + 3%Commission | Full time| Remote

We’re a US-based creator management agency hiring Virtual Assistants for OF chat support. This is a long-term, performance-based remote role focused on fan engagement and sales

Tasks

* Manage chat conversations on behalf of creators

* Respond in character with empathy and authenticity

* Drive sales through engaging messages and upsells

* Follow scripts and adapt tone per creator

* Participate in training and feedback sessions

Work Schedule

* 6-hour shifts (choose one window): • 12am–6am • 6am–12pm • 12pm–6pm • 6pm–12am

* 6 days per week

* Time zone coverage: PHT

Rate & Pay

* $3 USD per hour starting rate with opportunities for growth to $5.5/hr

* 3% Monthly sales commission

* Performance bonuses

Payment: Biweekly via WISE

Requirements

* Must live in the Philippines

* Fluent English (written & spoken)

* Typing speed: 50+ WPM

* Strong reading comprehension & tone matching

* Coachable and a fast learner

* Reliable high-speed internet + backup

* Bank account with routing & account number for direct deposit
