What you'll do

Manage our chatting team with our guidance — set rules and boundaries, hold standards, keep everyone on track

Work hands-on in Infloww and the OnlyFans interface daily

Track the numbers and data we give you accurately

Organize info, research, and documentation so nothing slips

Solve problems, bring ideas, and take on whatever tasks we throw your way

What you need

Deep OnlyFans experience — you've worked in this space a while

Hands-on OF chatting experience — you've been a chatter

Fluent in Infloww and the OnlyFans interfaces, no hand-holding

Comfortable setting boundaries and managing people

Excellent organization and reliability with data

Skilled with AI tools for organizing, researching, and moving faster

A real problem-solver who comes up with good ideas
