We work with a nationwide network of trusted motor dealers, helping private vehicle owners either sell their car directly to a dealer or have it professionally sold on their behalf.
We are building a premium remote team in the Philippines and are looking for exceptional English speaking professionals who want long term careers with a growing international business.
The Role
You will contact private vehicle owners in the United Kingdom and introduce our service.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Calling UK customers
* Building rapport and trust
* Understanding the customer’s requirements
* Explaining our service professionally
* Booking appointments with our UK dealer network
* Updating our CRM accurately
* Following up existing enquiries
* Working towards individual and team performance targets
Essential Requirements
We are only interested in outstanding candidates.
You must have:
* Near-native spoken English (CEFR C2 standard preferred)
* Clear, professional telephone manner with a neutral or very light accent
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Experience using CRM systems
* Quiet home office suitable for professional calls
* Ability to work UK business hours
