🚀 Hiring: Twitter/X Growth Manager (OnlyFans Marketing)

We're looking for a high-level Twitter/X VA & Growth Manager to help scale our creators through strategic organic marketing.

This is not a basic social media management role. Your job is to grow attention, build engagement, and convert traffic into subscribers.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Creating high-performing tweets that drive engagement and curiosity.

Writing posts that naturally funnel users to the creator's OnlyFans.

Replying to trending and viral tweets to generate organic exposure.

Finding relevant conversations and inserting our accounts where appropriate.

Growing accounts through consistent daily engagement.

Researching trends, memes, and viral formats on X.

Testing different content angles, hooks, and posting strategies.

Tracking performance and continuously improving results based on data.

Coordinating with our content team to maximize conversions.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience growing accounts on Twitter/X.

Strong copywriting skills.

Understands viral psychology and attention economics.

Comfortable working in the adult/creator industry.

Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged.

Fluent English and excellent communication.

Able to think strategically—not just follow instructions.

Familiar with analytics and performance tracking.

Organized, reliable, and consistent.

Bonus Points

Experience marketing OnlyFans creators.

Experience running multiple Twitter/X accounts.

Knowledge of shadowbans, account warming, and platform best practices.

Experience using scheduling and automation tools while staying within platform guidelines.

Experience with A/B testing hooks and content.
