We are looking for a highly proactive Twitter (X) VA to join our agency. We don't want someone who just blindly schedules posts from a folder. We are looking for an industry veteran who truly gets the creator ecosystem, lives and breathes Twitter, and knows exactly how to manufacture virality.
If you understand Western trends, know how to run high-level comment baiting, and can tell our models exactly what they need to film to hit the timeline right, you're exactly who we're looking for. You'll be taking true ownership of our roster's Twitter presence, treating their growth like your own.
What We Expect from You (The Day-to-Day)
Proactive Media Curation: You won't be spoon-fed. You will dive into the models' content vaults and independently select the highest-converting media tailored to each specific account's vibe.
Content Direction: You will tell our team what you need. When a trend is blowing up, you will write clear, actionable content requests for the models to film so we can capitalize on it immediately.
Viral Engineering: You will actively execute hands-on growth strategies, focusing heavily on calculated comment baiting and engaging with the wider Twitter ecosystem to siphon traffic.
Strategic Timing: You will schedule and position content during the absolute best windows to hit peak Western demographics.
Trend Monitoring: You will keep your finger on the pulse of Western pop culture, daily news cycles, and memes to naturally weave our accounts into viral conversations.
Who We Are Looking For
Agency Experience: You must have a background working within a creator/model agency. You know the nuances of the space and the boundaries of the platforms.
Platform Mastery: You have a deep, current understanding of the Twitter algorithm, including reach mechanics, shadowban triggers, and engagement farming.
Self-Starter Mentality: You don't wait for a daily to-do list. You bring ideas to the table and proactively hunt for ways to add value to the team.
