Twitter and IG VA

We are looking for a Social Media Virtual Assistant to help build and manage our presence on Twitter (X) and Instagram. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience growing social media accounts, launching accounts from scratch, and executing campaigns that drive engagement and visibility.

This role will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a long-term or full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Account Creation & Setup

Create and launch three Twitter (X) accounts from scratch

Set up profiles, bios, branding, and initial content strategy

Implement growth strategies to increase followers and engagement

Social Media Management

Manage and maintain existing Instagram accounts

Schedule and publish posts regularly

Monitor engagement, comments, and messages

Maintain consistent brand voice across all accounts

Growth & Campaign Execution

Develop and execute social media campaigns

Identify trending topics and opportunities for content

Use hashtags, engagement strategies, and outreach to grow accounts

Track performance metrics and suggest improvements

Reporting & Communication

Provide weekly progress updates

Communicate clearly with the team regarding strategies and results

Share insights on what content and campaigns perform best

Requirements

Proven experience managing Twitter (X) and Instagram accounts

Demonstrated ability to grow accounts or run successful campaigns

Must provide a portfolio or examples of past work

Strong English communication skills

Ability to work during Philippine time

Self-starter who can work independently

Nice to Have

Experience using social media scheduling tools

Knowledge of viral content strategies

Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
