We are looking for an experienced TikTok Growth Specialist & Content Editor who specializes in growing OnlyFans models on TikTok.
This is not a beginner position. We are only looking for someone who already has experience scaling female creators on TikTok and understands what performs organically.
Our agency manages multiple successful OnlyFans creators, and your job is to create viral TikTok content that drives massive audience growth.
Our goal is simple:
Create viral TikTok videos and AI carousel posts that consistently generate millions of views, thousands of new followers, and ultimately convert followers into paying subscribers.
- Write high-quality Higgsfield prompts that generate realistic AI influencer content.
- Recreate viral AI carousel posts using Higgsfield.
- Research TikTok every day to discover new trends before they become saturated.
- Save viral TikTok videos and carousel posts for inspiration.
- Recreate successful TikTok videos and carousel posts while making them unique.
- Come up with new viral content ideas every day.
- Create content around trending events (for example the FIFA World Cup) that has strong viral potential.
- Work closely with our AI content team to combine real content with AI-generated content.
- Analyze performance and continuously improve future content.
Requirements
You must have experience with:
- Growing female influencers or OnlyFans models on TikTok.
- Understanding the TikTok algorithm.
- Creating viral TikTok videos.
- Creating viral TikTok carousel posts.
- Creating AI carousel posts using Higgsfield.
- Writing effective Higgsfield prompts that generate realistic influencer content.
- Recreating viral AI carousel concepts using Higgsfield.
- Motion Control (mandatory).
- Editing professionally in CapCut Pro using advanced editing features.
- Creating high-retention edits.
- Identifying trends before they become saturated.
- Understanding watch time, completion rate, retention, shares, comments, saves, and replay value.
- Recreating viral content while keeping it original.
- Using trending sounds effectively.
- Knowing how to minimize the risk of TikTok account restrictions while maximizing organic reach.
- Producing high-quality content with excellent attention to detail.
Experience with Higgsfield is mandatory.
Experience with Motion Control is mandatory.
Applications without proven Higgsfield experience will not be considered.
