We're one of the fastest-growing OnlyFans management agencies in the industry, managing a large roster of creators, high daily traffic, and a substantial team of chatters. We're hiring an experienced HR & Team Manager to take ownership of recruiting, training, and leading our entire chatter department. This is not an entry-level role — we're looking for someone who has already worked inside an established OFM agency and understands what it takes to build and maintain high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and KPIs
- Manage schedules, shift coverage, and staffing
- Coach underperforming chatters and drive measurable improvement
- Maintain quality control across conversations and sales
- Report directly to upper management
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as an HR Manager, Team Manager, Operations Manager, or Head Chatter within an OnlyFans agency
- Proven experience recruiting and interviewing chatters
- Experience training new staff
