We're an agency hiring a social media marketer with strong experience running SFW content across Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Your job: grow our accounts organically and figure out what actually works — which video types, hooks, and formats drive the most views and engagement.
You'll: post and schedule SFW video content optimized per platform, test hooks/formats/captions/timing, track views + engagement + follower growth, and build a content playbook from real data.
You need: proven experience growing SFW accounts on multiple platforms, a solid grasp of each algorithm, an analytical A/B-testing mindset, short-form video know-how (hooks, retention, pacing), and fluent English. Creator/adult-adjacent SFW promo experience a plus.
