We run growth operations for creator brands across Instagram, X and Reddit. We're hiring detail-obsessed operators in the Philippines to review AI-generated content, post from real phones through your browser, and keep accounts healthy.
This is NOT a chatting job. No sexting, no fan chat, no sales quotas — and you will never be required to handle or view adult content: default work is 100% SFW social media operations. (Some accounts have optional NSFW-subreddit promo assignments — strictly opt-in during the application, and saying no doesn't affect hiring.) If you're in the OFM world but done with chatting shifts, this is the operations side of the industry.
The work
Review AI-drafted reels and captions: approve, fix, or reject — quality decisions, not content creation
Post and engage from real phones streamed to your browser (we provide the cockpit; nothing to install)
Account health checks, flags, escalations
Clear SOPs for everything — trained and tested in our academy before your first shift
Schedule — fixed year-round, PH time
Day shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PH (9-hour window: ~8h productive + ~1h unpaid breaks)
Two tracks: 4 days on / 4 days off (default) or a 7-day full seat for proven operators (full pay, strict attendance)
Pay — transparent
$200/mo base on the 4/4 track (~15 shifts) — full rate from day one, no "trial rate"
+$14 per extra shift you pick up
performance bonuses (link clicks, growth, team results)
Realistic first months: $270–$450/mo; top operators clear $600+
Published promotion ladder: Operator → Senior Operator → Captain (raises earned on audited quality, not tenure)
You need
Excellent written English
Fast, stable internet + a backup plan (you'll stream a live phone screen) and your own computer
Reliability — attendance IS the job; showing up is what gets rewarded
Attention to detail — the application tests it, your resume doesn't
