Social Media & Marketing Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and schedule posts across social media accounts (primarily Instagram)

- Monitor performance, identify what’s working and what’s not, and recommend tactical adjustments

- Oversee marketing operations and maintain creative consistency

- Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights

- Coordinate with posting, editing, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

- 6 Months+ experience managing social media accounts at scale

- Strong analytical and creative skills

- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

- Comfortable with NSFW/adult content and brand guidelines

- Proficient with Instagram, TikTok, Airtable, scheduling tools, and analytics
