Social Media Marketer

We are hiring a new Social Media Marketer for our Agency and you will help us to create viral Reels and manage the accounts of our clients to grow them to higher numbers and scale our agency. We 4x our revenue last month and with this foundation we want to scale even higher now, so we need an experienced Social Media Marketing Strategist to maintain the quality for our clients. If you already have experience with Social Media (Short Form Content on Instagram Reels), you are creative, know how to create video concepts that go viral and how to analyse viral videos, this job is perfect for you.

- You start with established creator accounts - The account(s) you will work with, have proven concepts, so you can build on a solid foundation and use the style of their existing videos to develop even better concepts.

- Different projects - Step by step you will work with different accounts / clients so you can be creative in different areas.

- Established Agency - Our agency is active since 2022, so we gained a lot of experience in all fields of social media, so you will learn from our experience which will help you to improve your social media skills.

- Clear guides and onboarding - You will clear instructions on how to do you work in a detailed onboarding and training. Combined with your own knowledge we will make sure to have the best results.

Your specific task:

You have 3 daily main tasks to focus on, besides that you will get more different tasks over the time when we see that you’re doing a great job:

1. Market Research - You go through the market and find viral Reels / Trends from other creators that have potential to go viral for our clients

2. Concept Creation - Based on your research you create the specific video concepts that our content team / clients should create.

3. Analyse our videos - Not only looking for new concepts is important but also analysing our own accounts and videos, finding winning patterns and implementing these information in the concept creation.

Other potential tasks in the future that give you more responsibility:

- Team Management - We have a big team for reposting content, where we need support with employee onboarding, technical setups and video creation

- More clients - Depending on your workload you will work with more of our clients and help with more different concepts

- Implementing complete new ideas - Your main task is to improve our current system but we always have new ideas, new concepts and new strategies that we need to implement and test with our existing systems.

What we expect and need from you:

- Experience with Social Media / Short Form video creation. Not only uploading simple posts for companies but actual experience and skills in video conception for content that goes viral and analysing viral videos.

- Experience in the Online Marketing Space. This is not a beginner job and you should know how social media is used in the business world.

- 6 Days / week

- Fluent English (speaking & writing) since our clients are mainly from USA.

Salary and Perspective:

We start with a salary of $400 per month. In the future there is a chance for more if you do a good job and you help us to reach our company goals. Depending on your skills and results you can get more responsibility and more projects.
