We are hiring Social Media Managers to run the daily posting and growth operations of our Instagram accounts.
These are two different roles working two different shifts — you'll choose which role you're applying for during the application process. Both roles are essential to the system.
Publishers post the content on schedule across our cluster. Marketing Managers grow the accounts through engagement, stories, carousels, and active funnel work.
ROLE 1: PUBLISHER (Morning Shift)
You post 45 reels per day across 15 Instagram accounts.
You take over from the Publisher and keep every account alive, engaged. You work closely with your assigned publishers and help them grow your accounts.
💸 Avg. $200-300 (Salary) + $2 BONUS per Free Subscribers (of your accounts).
