# Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant

## About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant to support the daily management and growth of multiple social media accounts, including AI creator profiles.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several accounts simultaneously while following content strategies and maintaining consistent engagement. Experience with OnlyFans, Fanvue, Room11, or similar platforms is highly valued.

## Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain 20+ social media accounts across different platforms.

* Schedule and publish content on Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, Reddit, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

* Manage Instagram Story Grid scheduling and daily posting.

* Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner.

* Monitor account performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

* Research trends, hashtags, and viral content opportunities.

* Organize content calendars and keep posting schedules updated.

* Coordinate with internal teams to upload AI-generated content and maintain brand consistency.

* Perform general virtual assistant tasks related to social media management, reporting, organization, and account maintenance.

* Ensure all assigned accounts remain active, organized, and compliant with platform guidelines.

## Requirements

* Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.

* Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

* Experience with OnlyFans, Fanvue, Room11, or similar creator platforms is a strong plus.

* Strong written English.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

* Good understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content planning.

* Comfortable working with AI-generated content.

* Experience working in fast-paced remote teams.
