Social Media Manager - Multi-Account Operations
About the Role
We're hiring a Social Media Manager to run and grow our creator accounts across Instagram, TikTok, OnlyFans, X, and Snapchat. You'll manage multiple accounts daily, build a content and posting system, and drive consistent follower growth and traffic, supported by a full operational stack we provide.

What we expect:
Real experience managing social media accounts
You manage multiple accounts per platform without compromising account health and follow our SOP.
You hit weekly KPIs: posts published, follower growth, engagement, traffic driven to OF.
Written English at C1+ level. You can use any AI tool or translator during your work.
Spoken English at B1–B2 level minimum. We have to understand each other.
Scope clarity: Your job will generally be posting social media content using VistaSocial and creating the reels. The creator (our customer) sends us raw material, and we expect you to produce finished reels that are different for each social media account you post to. You can use our database, etc., to have examples of good content. The second part of your job will be creating new social media accounts and warming them up using our method. We do expect someone with experience, but all you will have to do is follow a process. We will provide everything and teach you.
